Delivery and Returns


How much postage will I pay?
Products are priced differently depending on their volume and destination. Please make sure you take note of the shipping costs when checking out. Simply update your shopping cart. For large orders where weight is over 200kg, please contact us directly to see if we can get you a more competitive shipping quote. If we do not ship to your country, please contact us via email and we can give you a quote for shipping.

How are your products delivered?
For delivery in the United Kingdom most of our products are delivered by Parcelforce. When you check out, please choose the service relevant to your area, ie. UK mainland or UK Scottish Highlands and Islands and UK Islands.
For Europe and rest of the world, we use Parcelforce as well as other couriers for the larger items. Your order will be fully trackable, insured and a signature will be required on delivery. 

How long will it take my order to arrive?
Providing the item is in stock, we aim to dispatch all orders within 12 working days of receipt and delivery via courier will take up to 5 working days for the UK and up to 10 working days for the rest of the world.

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries in the world. If you are trying to order an item and can’t see your country in the list please contact us for further information.
 Please note we do not deliver to PO boxes.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my purchase and get a refund?

We know you will love your furniture, but mistakes happen, particularly when shipping items. If any item arrives damaged or doesn’t match the product description, you can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. All returns must be sent back to us in their original packing, so please take care of all shipping materials. Please contact us at before returning items so that we can advise you on how best to ship them back to us. No refunds or exchanges will be issued without prior agreement.

Due to the hand-made and custom nature of our products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns unless there is a defect or shipping error. We provide as much information on our website as we can to best describe our products, and are happy to answer any questions you have before you make a purchase.

We can only cover return postage fees for faulty or damaged products. We will inspect returned items on receipt and contact you about any discrepancies. Otherwise, a full refund will be provided through your original payment method within 14 days.
